Spring Warmup & Upper Elevation Snow Monday – Friday

Summary

One more day of winter temperatures on Sunday before an expanding ridge of high pressure spreads warm air out of the SW starting on Monday. Even though the AB Rockies will be under an upper ridge, a cascade of minor disturbances will move through the ridge from roughly Banff north to Marmot Basin all week. Snow levels will be high, likely around 2000m. Decent accumulations are possible.
