Dry Through Friday / Weekend Light Snow / Cool & Unsettled Next Week

Summary

A ridge strengthens on Wednesday and Thursday, bringing a mostly sunny daily mix across the AB Rockies. Cloud cover increases on Friday as a Pacific trough begins to elongate into inland BC. The Rockies will be on the eastern fringe of this storm, and at present, only light snowfall is possible over the weekend. And this, mainly for resorts on the Divide (Marmot, Lake Louise, Sunshine, Castle).
