Stuck in the Middle Again…

Summary

A deep trough over the Eastern Pacific and a deep trough over Eastern Canada have the Canadian Rockies stuck in the middle under an upper-level ridge of high pressure. A minor disturbance tries to make it in on Friday, but now looks to be pulverized as it tracks east by this stubborn ridge. Well above seasonable temps begin by Friday and extend through the weekend into early next week.
