Great Week So Far / Some Sun for the Weekend

Summary

A large but somewhat erratic low-pressure system off the BC Coast has been throwing numerous pulses of moisture towards the Rockies all week long. Since Tuesday, cumulative snow totals have ranged from 17cm at Nakiska, to 30cm at Louise and Marmot, to an incredible 61cm at Sunshine. A drying trend this weekend will switch to adding more sun (not snow) to the forecasts.
