A Stagnant Pattern

Summary

The recent snowfall has ameliorated snow conditions across Southcentral. Outflow winds are weaker than previous forecasts in the Kenai Mts, so decent snow conditions should persist through the week. Hatcher Pass, the Front Range, and Thompson Pass will all see more wind, which will deteriorate the recent snow. Continued snowfall is progressively hiding the ice layer in the Panhandle.
